President: To devote his/her time and activities to the up building and maintaining of the Local and its affiliated organizations; preside at all meetings; provide support and assistance to all committees; responsible for making work assignments for the Executive Board except for the Treasurer.
1st Vice-President: To assist and support all business activities and all standing committees; render assistance to the President as required; make reports to the members on all work preformed; preside at all meetings in absence of the President.
2nd Vice-President: To assist and support all business activities or all standing committees; render assistance to the President as required; make reports to the members on all work preformed.
Secretary/Treasurer: Shall be the custodian of the official seal of the Local; keep a correct record of all money received and disbursements of same, along with the authorization for such disbursements; report to the members monies received and disbursements made.
Recording Secretary: Keep all minutes of regular and special called meetings in addition to the Executive Board meetings; handle communications and/or written correspondence that relate to his office; shall maintain the union's web site.
Suppression Representatives: Liaison between the Suppression Division and the Executive Board
EMS Representative: Liaison between the EMS Division and the Executive Board.
Support Representative: Liaison between the Support Divisions within the Fire Department (Fire Marshall's Office; Logistics; Safety; Air shop; Training Academy; Repair Shops; Administration)
Retiree Representative: Liaison between the Retiree's of Local 140 and the Executive Board.
